UB launches intellectual property and technology center

The University of Baltimore is delighted to introduce the Center for the Law of Intellectual Property and Technology, which is directed by Professor William Hubbard. The new center will enhance UB’s efforts to promote research, education and legal practice related to all types of intellectual property law as well as to other areas of law affected by technological change. Through speakers, panel discussions and other events, the center seeks to foster exchanges among diverse stakeholders on current issues of intellectual property and technology law. The center also will support the use of technology to better understand the law through innovative programs such as the UB School of Law’s SCOTUS Mapping Project.
