The Maryland Court of Special Appeals will hear arguments in two cases Monday, March 7, 2016, in the University of Baltimore School of Law’s moot courtroom. The session will run from 10 a.m. to noon.

The judges will take questions from the audience for a brief period at the conclusion of oral arguments.
No cameras, recording devices or weapons will be allowed in the courtroom. Phones are permitted but must be turned off in the courtroom. Attorneys may bring briefcases and computers. Students may bring backpacks and computers.
Audience members are asked to refrain from speaking while the court is in session. Even whispered conversation can be distracting to the court and the counsel for the parties.
