Three new Maryland judges are UB School of Law alums

Two of four Maryland state judges appointed last week by Gov. Larry Hogan are University of Baltimore School of Law alums.

Mark K. Boyer, J.D. ’92, was appointed to the Washington County Circuit Court.

Robyn Riddle, J.D. ’87, was appointed to the District Court in Calvert County. She succeeds her husband, Judge Robert B. Riddle, who reached the mandatory retirement age of 70 in August.

In September, Katie Murphy O’Hara, J.D. ’05, joined the Baltimore City District Court as an associate judge.
