The new Pretrial Justice Clinic presents its first conference, “Money Bail and Its Role in Mass Incarceration,” which will take place Thursday, Nov. 17, 2016, at the University of Baltimore’s John and Frances Angelos Law Center (1401 N. Charles St., Baltimore 21201).

Featured speakers include Erek Barron, delegate, Maryland House of Delegates; Cherise Fanno Burdeen, CEO, Pretrial Justice Institute; Paul DeWolfe, Maryland public defender, Office of the Public Defender; Tara Huffman, director, Criminal and Juvenile Justice Program, OSI-Baltimore; and Michael Resnick, Maryland commissioner of Pretrial Detention & Services.
