Sept. 12: Paulette Brown to deliver Constitution Day keynote

CROP -- Constitution Day 2017.jpgJoin University of Baltimore students, faculty and staff on Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2017, to celebrate Constitution Day.

The day’s keynote address will be given by Paulette Brown, the immediate past president of the American Bar Association and the first woman of color to lead the 137-year-old organization.

Brown will discuss her career as a pioneering African-American woman lawyer and afterward will take questions from the audience.

The Sept. 12 event will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:50 p.m. on the 12th floor of UB’s John and Frances Angelos Law Center (1401 N. Charles St., Baltimore, MD 21201).
